All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement provided upon booking confirmation or at vehicle pickup. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, fees, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rented Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited, as is sub-letting to others or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, adhering to specified passenger and weight limits. Driving outside designated geographical areas without prior approval is not allowed.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stanmore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or business that may result from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the prior 12 months.
